Pakistani Taliban say they are not behind Boston attacks

Pakistani Taliban said on Tuesday they are not involved in two bomb attacks in Massachusetts during

the Boston Marathon, which killed three persons and injured up to 100 others.
Taliban spokesman, Ehsanullah Ehsan, said Taliban did not have any role in the attacks.
He said Taliban may issue a detailed statement when someone claims responsibility for the attacks in the U.S.
ˈI will say that we are not behind the attacks,ˈ the TTP spokesman.
A Pakistani, Faisal Shahzad, who had been arrested in connection with the attempted car bombing of Times Square on May 1, 2010, had appeared in a Pakistani Taliban video, recorded when he had been in Pakistan.
An al-Qaeda leader, who had carried out suicide attack on the US base in Khost, was also shown in a Pakistani Taliban video.
